The hotel was good value. I loved having breakfast, it was excellent. The room was well laid out, had a very very good stay on a visit to Singapore. Location: the venue was very close to the restaurant and lot, and water sports. I ate in the poolside restaurant nearby.

Got the same well laid out and beautifully maintained king suite with the nice garden view booked online, really enjoyed that. The location was beautiful, the breakfast was great.

For a short getaway, this hotel offers a convenient location with easy access to various water activities in Bintan. The warm water is perfect for swimming and enjoying the beach. The rooms are comfortable with clean bathrooms and the staff provide good service. The breakfast options are varied and delicious. The resort also offers facilities like beach volleyball, soccer, horse riding, mini zoo, archery, and rifle shooting. it's a great place to relax and have fun.
The food prices can be expensive, and the beach chairs are limited.

As backpackers, we loved the amazing swimming pool and the range of activities available such as paddle boarding and snorkeling. The staff were friendly and the food at the Seafood restaurant was great. Not too many mosquitoes either!

The restaurants are expensive. But the Seafood Restaurant is great and very romantic. Few attractive and inexpensive opportunities to do anything but beach.

The resort provided excellent services, with friendly and approachable staff. The swimming pool was a highlight and we enjoyed spending time there. Additionally, the location was key, with beach access and various outdoor activities available.
We experienced some negatives during our stay. Certain amenities were not functioning, such as the bathroom drain and hair dryer.

During our stay at Nirwana, we had a great time participating in the exciting activities offered by the guest information centre. We found the staff to be friendly and efficient, ensuring that we had a memorable experience. The resort's swimming pool was absolutely amazing, providing a refreshing and enjoyable way to relax. The rooms, although not perfect, were cleaned to a satisfactory standard. I would highly recommend this hotel for a few days of tropical island paradise.
